Features

Rithum ↔ XPS Middleware

01 / 06

Order intake

Rithum orders via webhook with verified HMAC signature, and DSCO and OrderStream orders via scheduled polling.

02 / 06

Labels in XPS Ship

XPS pulls pending orders from the middleware and the team prints labels without manual data entry.

03 / 06

Tracking sync

Once XPS creates the label, the tracking number flows back to Rithum or DSCO automatically.

04 / 06

Multiple connections

Several Rithum channels (such as Walmart or Costco) and several DSCO connections in the same account.

05 / 06

Automatic retries

Failed orders are requeued with increasing backoff, and every step is logged.

06 / 06

Security and access

Per-account data isolation, owner, admin, member and viewer roles, rate limiting and a shared secret with XPS.

How it works
  1. Rithum sends the order by webhook, or the middleware polls it from DSCO.
  2. The middleware stores the order and makes it available to XPS Ship.
  3. XPS prints the label and returns the tracking number.
  4. Tracking is synced back to the source channel.
