Odoo implementation for SMBs and multi-company distributors
We set up Odoo 17, 18, 19 or 20 around how you actually work: purchasing, sales, inventory, accounting and multi-company. We load your data, train your team and stay with you after go-live.
Processes scattered across spreadsheets
Sales, stock and accounting live in Excel and disconnected tools. Nobody has the full picture.
An implementation that never ends
Projects drag on for months because everything is configured at once.
Multi-company done wrong
Several companies, warehouses and currencies with no clear intercompany rules or permissions.
Implementation
Process assessment
We map how you buy, sell, store and invoice before touching any configuration.
Module-by-module setup
Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM and Manufacturing, based on what you really use.
Multi-company and intercompany
Companies, warehouses, intercompany rules and permissions per user and per company.
Initial data load
Products, customers, vendors, balances and stock imported and checked with your team.
Reports and documents
Invoices, quotations and delivery slips in PDF, in your layout and language.
Training and go-live
Role-based sessions and hands-on support during the first weeks in production.
Hands-on multi-company distribution experience
We have implemented Odoo 17 and 19 Enterprise for multi-company tech distribution in the US. These are some of the problems we solved there.
- Dropship and AVCO costing
- Intercompany sales by SKU
- Order alerts by department
- User and company restrictions

Inter-Company Orders by SKU (No Shared Products)
Create the mirror order in your other company without shared products, matched by SKU.

Sales Cost Management: Dropship, Purchase Cost & Freight Allocation
Real cost on every sales line: dropship, allocated freight and AVCO adjustments.

Order Notifications to Departments (Sales & Purchase)
Notify warehouse, logistics or accounting from the confirmed order, with history.

Product Importer: Paste from Excel
Create or update products by pasting cells from Excel or Google Sheets, multi-company.
FAQ
How long does an implementation take?
A focused rollout (sales, purchasing, inventory and invoicing) usually takes 6 to 12 weeks. With multi-company, manufacturing or integrations, 3 to 6 months depending on scope.
Community or Enterprise?
It depends on the modules you need, the number of users and hosting. We work with both editions and explain what each one gives you in your case.
Where is Odoo hosted?
On Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server. If you expect custom modules, we rule out Odoo Online, since it does not allow them.
Can I start with just a few modules?
Yes, and that is usually what we recommend. We start with the operational core and add modules in phases, without redoing earlier work.
Is your Odoo or store not quite fitting how you work?
Write to us. We reply within one business day with next steps and, if needed, a discovery call.
