Custom integrations, middleware and APIs
We connect systems that do not talk to each other: marketplaces, dropship portals, carriers, ERPs and stores. We build middleware that moves orders, labels and tracking with no manual steps.
Copy-paste between systems
Orders moved from one portal to another by hand, with errors and lost hours.
Fragile integrations
Unlogged scripts that fail silently until a customer complains.
APIs that do not fit
Different formats, rate limits and authentication on every platform.
Integrations and APIs
Order middleware
Order → label → tracking flows between dropship portals and carriers.
API connectors
REST, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, webhooks, and file exchange when a platform offers nothing else.
Queues and retries
Redis and BullMQ for background processing without losing operations.
Signed webhooks
We verify the signature of every incoming event to reject forged calls.
Logging and alerts
Every operation is logged, and errors are flagged before they escalate.
Hardened deployment
Docker containers behind a proxy, no exposed ports and secrets kept out of the code.
Case: Rithum/DSCO ↔ XPS
We built middleware that pulls dropship orders from Rithum (DSCO), generates labels in XPS and sends tracking back to the portal, with no manual work.
- Dropship order intake
- Label generation
- Tracking sent back to the portal
- Per-order log
Rithum ↔ XPS Middleware
Receives dropship orders from Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) and DSCO (CommerceHub), queues them for XPS Ship to print the label and sends the tracking number back to the source channel.

NexxoSync
Connects stores, marketplaces and Odoo, and lets you choose which data goes where: catalog, stock, prices, orders and customers. Adds AI assistants that answer with your real data.

Sincrion
Publishes your products with variants and photos, and keeps stock, prices and orders aligned between MercadoLibre and WooCommerce in the direction you choose. It runs on our servers, not in your WordPress.
FAQ
Which platforms do you work with?
Any platform with an API or file exchange. We have already worked with Rithum/DSCO, XPS, MercadoLibre, WooCommerce, Shopify, Tiendanube, MercadoPago, PayPal and Odoo.
Where does the middleware run?
On your server or ours, as a Docker container. You get the code and the deployment documentation.
What if a platform changes its API?
We see it in the logged errors and adjust the connector. With a maintenance plan, those changes are covered.
How long does it take?
A connector between two systems with documented APIs usually takes 2 to 6 weeks. Middleware with several parties and business rules, 2 to 4 months.
Is your Odoo or store not quite fitting how you work?
Write to us. We reply within one business day with next steps and, if needed, a discovery call.
