How we work: from assessment to support
A five-step process with frequent demos and deliveries you can try. We quote after we understand your operations, and the code always lives in your repositories.
Quotes without an assessment
Fixed numbers given before the problem is understood, which later turn into extras.
Months with nothing to see
Everything is delivered at the end, when it is too late to change course.
Locked into the vendor
Code and access held by the vendor, with no documentation and no way out.
How we work
1. Assessment
We learn your operations, systems and data. We define scope, risks and priorities.
2. Proposal
A phased plan, deliverables and engagement model, with a quote you can trace line by line.
3. Sprints with demos
Short cycles that end with a demo on a staging environment you can use.
4. Go-live
Data migration, a planned cutover, training and hands-on support at launch.
5. Support and evolution
Issues, maintenance and ongoing improvements from the same team that built it.
Your code, your repositories
We work in your repositories, with documentation and access in your name from day one.
Engagement models
We choose together the one that best fits your project. All of them are quoted after the assessment.
- Fixed-scope project: scope and timeline agreed upfront
- Block of hours: monthly hours for improvements and issues
- Dedicated team: people assigned to your product
- Support and maintenance: continuity after go-live
Rithum ↔ XPS Middleware
Receives dropship orders from Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) and DSCO (CommerceHub), queues them for XPS Ship to print the label and sends the tracking number back to the source channel.

NexxoSync
Connects stores, marketplaces and Odoo, and lets you choose which data goes where: catalog, stock, prices, orders and customers. Adds AI assistants that answer with your real data.

Sincrion
Publishes your products with variants and photos, and keeps stock, prices and orders aligned between MercadoLibre and WooCommerce in the direction you choose. It runs on our servers, not in your WordPress.
