Monthly Period Close: Automatic Lock Dates and Exempt Users
On the close day you choose, it moves Odoo's own lock dates to the last day of the previous month in each company. Anyone not exempt cannot post into a closed month, and when a close is held back an activity is created with the reason and it is retried every day.
