The challenge
Every sale on one channel meant fixing stock by hand on the other. With hundreds of products, stockouts and cancellations were frequent.
What we did
- WooCommerce store with MercadoPago checkout.
- Sincrion connected to MercadoLibre: real-time stock and price via webhooks, with scheduled reconciliation.
- Product linking by SKU and category price rules to cover marketplace fees.
Outcome
- A single inventory across both channels.
- Products created once and published on both sides.
